I think the jug in the background is distracting. If it plays a part in describing who you are, then perhaps it could be more prominent; otherwise, I'd lose it entirely (either crop, reshoot or, if you feel fancy, try to clone it out).
I also wonder if the highlights would look better a bit brighter. You don't want your forehead looking like a billiard ball but you could probably do with lightening up a bit (
