With the upward direction of her stare, I think I would have gone for bottom right on a portrait orientated shot. You could do that with cropping but ideally it would want a bit of extra space above her head.

Or put it in a series with similarly framed and processed pictures (I love the quality of the colour) and then the consistency will start to overcome the nagging feeling that she ought to be looking into the frame or not have so much "empty" background on one side.
