Too heavy, plus it flops around too much. I only carry it around when I need it. We have a bag dedicated to flashes and have 3 in there along with misc junk like snoots, wireless remotes and stuff. It'll be 4 flashes after we get my wife the 430EX II. If we need the flash then we'll just grab one and put it in the bag we're going to carry around with us.
