Okay I have a problem with this one...
here is what i did.
I first duplicated the photo.
Made a selection of the sky and cloned out the lights.
Then made a gradient overlay.
Then stylized it with cutout and adjusted a bit.
then made a selection of the lower half with the boy cut out.
I did a dry brush technique.
Then flattened the layers.
My problem is I see a darker shadow around the boy.
At first the selection was creating a line around it in white.
Im not sure if the feather wasnt set right or what I was doing wrong
