Like has already been said this is a beautiful shot and something many photographers would aspire to. You asked for help of the final tweaks particularly around the rock. There is almost a 50/50 split from other comments as to keep it/change it - perceptions will always differ hey...
I wonder what it would look like if you cropped the rock out - not primarily to remove the rock but to place the fisherman within the rule of thirds.
What I REALLY like is the delicate detail across the entire photo. I'm an NLP practitioner and photos that trigger multiple senses score highly with me). - what I mean here is it is a real feast for the eyes, in my minds eye I can imagine the sounds and smell the clean air and it gives me the feelings of being on vacation.
