Hi there deejc and welcome to DPS.
I'm rather exhausted at the moment so please forgive me if my critique is rather short.
Now opinions are going to very but I think everything to the right of the building needs cropped out.
It is the brightest spot in the frame thus it pulls the eye away from the awesome lines within the center of the scene. The two red light/dots are extremely distracting to me.
Now the cross in the middle is really nice. I assume this was the inteneded subject?
If so, I feel the horizonal line near the center of the frame is leading the eye away and towards the end of the building.
I would suggest going back and placing the cross near the right side of the frame and let that line I spoke of lead the eye to it.
Once again forgive me for I'm really beat so my critique might not be the best ,but a newbie and everyone else deserves to be recognized and appreciated for the time and effort they put into a shot.
