I loved the idea of capturing the sun as it rose over the rooftops so my attempt was to bring out the richness in the color. My steps were simple curves adjustments on different layers, hue/saturation adjustments, masking various areas and a little sharpening. The result I hope brings forth the vibrance hidden in this photo.
then, only because it begged to be done, I had to apply the
photo-drawing technique followed with the addition of the frame.
