Well thanks for all the input .I have tried down loading the file which appears as an "e in a box" right click for properties and I am shown a " General" file with no other tabs in the box. The same as if I right click any photo on the net.
When I right click all I see is a general tab and no summary tab?
My Program is Windows XP. I've tried accessing someone else's file on Flickr only to be told I have not got permission!
