What I did:
1 - played with the curves, defining the facial features
2 - used the clone tool on a low opacity, feathered brush to
soften the dark patches under the eyes
3 - dodge tool to softly wash/paint out the siding in the background
and around her hair
4 - extended the canvas to the right of the image with the selected background
off white
5 - applied an unsharp masked filter with rations
Amount: 20% Radius: 60 pixels Threshold: 0
6 - duplicate layer and apply:
hue saturations: basic saturation of +30
then amplify the blue +40, cyan +30, yellow +20
7 - a clarifying saturation with the new amplified colors,
unsharp mask: Amount 15%, Radious 85
8 - duplicate this layer and rename "blur"
9 - apply a smart blur Radius 5, Threshold 25 (plasticy look)
10 - create a new empty layer calling it airbrush
11 - using the paint brush on a low opacity 35%, selected colors out of the hair
and painted highlights and low lights to give the image a more painted effect
12 - soften the blur layer to 40% to let some of the natural texture show thru
13 - added new empty layer and used it to paint soft touch watery wings and sparkles
in complimentary tones
14 - added a 2 toned frame with canvas size
15 - applied a soft canvas texturizer of 50% and 2 relief (due to small sized image)
