Hmm, i'm going to have to disagree with the prevailing sentiment in this thread.
If you're going for a professional look, to me this looks like something thrown together in Publisher using Clip Art. Also, I'm not a fan of rainbows and so forth - they are overused by everyone to make their card/flyer/poster look "unique", just like everyone else's.
Possibly a more clean look would work better.
Try moo.com for an interesting take on cards. Admittedly, you don't get as much control over layout of your cards, but they're second to none for quality.
If you have any questions about what I've said, do ask - I like your idea, but it could use improvement and polish!
