If it helps, I'm mostly a manual person (focus, aperture, ISO, WB, EV, the works), but Continual auto-focus allowed me to get
this lovely photo of a dragonfly (moving object) on a small branch blowing in a breeze (moving object). It's still not as sharp as I'd like (but I'm overly-picky), and I still had to take a few shots in order to get a couple that were passable, but I think it came out relatively well, all things considered.
