ohmichelle, Hi and welcome.. I think most of the mods are pretty patient, maybe what you don't see is the volume of people that just can't be bothered reading the rules? I think the mods do very well cleaning up after them.
The moderators do this because they love it, they're not paid (and neither am I) but, we do our best to keep the forum in order and easy to read / follow / teach you. If you have a particular case where you think something has been handled badly, please don't hesitate to drop me an email / pm and we can discuss it.
