I voted "no" on this one. I sometimes have to push myself to go out on a cold winter's day - but the snow gives such a wonderful sense of smoothness and simplicity to a composition that I am always glad that I made the effort. In the summer/warm weather, it's usually not an "effort" in the same way. Remember one of the best photography tips to keep in mind, "There's no such thing as 'bad weather'."
