I don't think so I think the high end SLRs will still use CF (since it's theoretically slightly faster then SD cards) but we will probably see a transition away from CF in the lower end SLR lineup and certainly in the Point and Shoot. What I hope happens over the next 10 years is transitioning away from cards period and using internal Flash Memory or hard drives inside cameras on higher end models. With the option of having a slot for a card as well if your super paranoia about losing pictures incase of a failure.

Personally I'm sick of paying so much money for 2GB of storage when I can pay double that and get 100GB hd and be done with ever needing another memory card.
