I think you have achieved your goal to a great extent, I loved the soft focus, it gives a timeless feeling. The few leaves below the wooden bench also adds to the mood. The only disharmony is the plastic tray of seedlings and the white cloth(?). It will be good to see the shot in sepia, the colour of antiquity. I would be tempted to leave a book somewhere in the shot. The moment I saw this photograph, it gave me a sense of eternity. Good work, keep it up!
