I have a website, but I don't update it much anymore since I lost my copy of PS7 and got a flickr account.

I'm currently re-learning Dreamweaver trying to get one done. I thought about just buying a template and working with it, but I wanted more control and to actually learn how to do it in case I need to customize it differently.
I mainly did my photo part of my website within another external builder such as Photoshop 7 which also was nice about putting in custom sizes and watermarks.
Another friend uses jalbum which seems to work fairly well for him... I tried it but probably got busy and didn't ever follow through.

I have seen a few good sites made with wordpress as well... I like doing a majority of my web building in notepad but some things are just easier to automate, especially when it comes to photo sites.
