I'd try to close down the aperture way more. At first glance, I thought this was severe motion blur because of slow shutter, but only after a few seconds I understood that it's lens blur because of the aperture.
Or, if you wish, try focusing somewhere closer to the edge of the plate... but I really suggest closing down the aperture
