Not sure if you mean that you've reached the monthly limit at Flickr or you've reached 200 photos. If you've reached 200 photos, you can continue to upload photos, you will just be able to see the latest 200 in your stream. They'll still appear everywhere else.
Now, if you want other places to post photos:
Try
Zooomr (after the 15th, they're currently upgrading).
Or
Photobucket (please remember to only upload pictures that are less than 600px on the largest size though, since photobucket doesn't easily resize)
Or
DeviantArt
Or
Picasa Web Album
Or you can just upload attachments on the forums.
Hopefully that's enough possibilites for you
