Oh, I dunno. I think the bang's pretty close, given that you pay
more bucks for the 50D. But yes, the 50D is higher-tiered than the D90. Magnesium body vs. plastic body and autofocus microadjust for starters. OTOH, it's not like you get a wireless flash master in the 50D's popup.
But in my weird reasoning, the 50D's
between the D90 and the D300s, not a direct head-to-head "opposite number" to either.
