  1. Desaturated.
  2. Adjusted the curves to give a much stronger contrast - See image below.
  3. Created a new empty layer.
  4. Filled the new layer with a medium blue (#000080).
  5. Set the new layer's mode to overlay.
  6. Set the new layer's opacity to 60%
