I have met Art in a workshop he had in Portland, It was wonderful to listen about his travels around the world and to see videos from his show-Travels to the Edge. I will get a chance to see him again in Oct. If you are in Seattle stop by his gallery to see his wonderful work. He is such a nice person!

Art’s last reply brought tears to my eyes. I’ve just recently discovered the fulfillment of photography at the age of 44. I have so much to learn and it’s overwhelming when I see so many wonderful photos. Art’s advice to follow my passion couldn’t come at a better time for me. I can’t wait for the second installment of your article.
