23 Geometric Images of Quadrangles or Squares

0Comments

Finding geometric shapes to photograph is a great exercise for beginners. It helps train your eye to look for something specific.

A quadrangle (also known commonly as a square, of course) is easily found in many places. Look around you, how many do you see in your room?

Here are some images of squares – either cropped into the square format, or subjects the represent the shape – as interpreted by a few different photographers:

All squares are quadrangles but not all quadrangles are squares. Here’s one of mine.

  • SteveR

I really like the composition and the rust(y)ic look of it. The crepe myrtle in the reflection adds a nice and colorful touch.

  • Feenix

Thanks. This is actually two windows and the crepe myrtle is behind the second one.

  • Cinnara

This photographer has a whole album of squares. I think he is excellent!

Thanks for the article but a point of clarification – a quadrangle is any four sided shape not just a square.
